His activity extends from international transport law cases over maritime disputes (charter party disputes, collisions, general average, cargo damages) to complex cover disputes for insurers. He is renowned to deliver practical advice and expert solutions when drafting logistics contracts and designing insurance contract conditions. Amongst others he represents a number of cargo insurers and large international logistics enterprises and their liability underwriters in all questions of transport law (road-,marine-, air- and rail transport as well as multimodal transport).
